Nobilis Health Corp. (NYSE MKT:HLTH; TSX:NHC) reported revenue of $61.9-million for the second quarter, an increase of 27% from a year ago. In addition, net income increased to $4.8 million from $0.4 million and Adjusted EBITDA increased 23%.
In its Q1 results release, Nobilis had reiterated its 2016 guidance of $320 million of revenue and $65 million of Adjusted EBITDA. At the time, the company specified that acquisitions would account for approximately $45 million and $14 million of the guided full-year revenue and Adjusted EBITDA, respectively.
However, Nobilis contended that the timing of acquisitions is “always uncertain,” in its Q2 press release. “Therefore, from this point forward, Nobilis will no longer provide guidance that includes acquisitions,” the company said
