
Verano Holdings (Cboe CA:VRNO; OTCQX:VRNOF) announced that it has promoted Richard Tarapchak to chief financial officer (CFO), succeeding Brett Summerer, who has resigned.
Mr. Tarapchak brings more than 30 years of experience as a financial executive to the role. He will oversee all financial and accounting operations, financial planning, and information technology for Verano. Since joining the company in 2022, he has served as EVP, finance and corporate controller, and principal accounting officer. Mr. Tarapchak holds an MBA and a CPA designation.
