Claritev Corporation (NYSE: CTEV) has appointed Jennifer Main as a director of its board of directors, effective today, filling a newly created directorship on the board.
Ms. Main brings more than three decades of leadership experience across healthcare, technology, government, and finance. She currently serves as CFO of closely held RealMDai (dba Certuma) and closely held Overture Life, roles she has held since March 2026. Previously, she served as CFO and COO of closely held Amalgam Rx from 2021 to 2026.
