William Blair, a global investment firm, has announced the addition of Terence Tan as managing director in its healthcare investment banking team. In this role, Mr. Tan will focus on delivering comprehensive advisory services to the firm’s biopharma clients.
Bringing nearly two decades of biopharma investment banking experience, Mr. Tan previously served as managing director at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he provided advisory services to biopharma companies. He has also held senior roles at Jefferies and UBS.
