Tonix Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:TNXP) has announced the appointment of Gary Ainsworth as vice president of market access, effective immediately.
Mr. Ainsworth brings extensive pharmaceutical and healthcare consultancy leadership experience in market access strategies to Tonix. Most recently, he served as managing director and head of market access at Eversana Intouch.
“Gary has a significant track record of success building market access functions, developing launch-ready access and reimbursement strategies and payer-focused resources, including those for fibromyalgia and migraine treatment options,” said Thomas Englese, EVP of commercial at Tonix.
“His extensive experience will be especially valuable as we work towards the potential approval and commercial launch of TNX-102 SL for the management of fibromyalgia this year,” Mr. Englese added.
