Seasoned investment banker Jason Arnold has joined Piper Sandler as a managing director in the healthcare investment banking group. He will be advising life science tools and diagnostic companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and capital raising transactions.
Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Arnold was a partner and managing director at William Blair, where he spent 16 years in its healthcare investment banking group.
In a statement, Peter Day, global group head of healthcare investment banking at Piper Sandler said Mr. Arnold “brings extensive experience advising executives and boards across the tools and diagnostics landscape, both in Europe and globally.
