Capricor Therapeutics (NASDAQ:CAPR) has priced a public offering of 4,412,000 common shares at a price of $17.00 per share.
Capricor also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 661,800 common shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on October 18, 2024.
Piper Sandler and Oppenheimer are acting as the joint book-running managers for the offering.
