Jim Lilly joined England & Co., a middle-market investment bank, as a managing director in its New York office.
Mr. Lilly brings more than 30 years of experience as a strategic advisor to a wide variety of healthcare companies, particularly in the laboratory services, alternate site provider, physician organization, HMO, and healthcare IT sectors.
Most recently, Mr. Lilly was a senior managing director of SI Capital, a multibillion-dollar family office, where he focused on principal investing in healthcare opportunities.
As an investment banker, Mr. Lilly served as head of healthcare investment banking at Cowen and Jefferies. He also served as a managing director in the healthcare groups of KeyBanc Capital Markets/Cain Brothers, Merrill Lynch, and Piper Jaffray.
