IntelGenx Technologies (TSXV:IGX; OTCQX:IGXT) closed a private placement with Tilray (NASDAQ:TLRY) in connection with the companies’ partnershipto co-develop and commercialize IntelGenx’s VersaFilm oral film product infused with adult-use and medical cannabis.
Under the private placement, IntelGenx issued 1,428,571 of its common shares to Tilray at a price of70 cents (U.S.) a share for gross proceeds of $1-million.
