Profound Medical (TSXV:PRN; OTCQX:PRFMF) strengthened its management team, naming Aaron Davidson as CFO and SVP of corporate development, effective May 3, 2018.
In a statement, Arun Menawat, CEO, said Mr. Davidson’s financial acumen, capital markets experience, track record of results and broad healthcare industry experience will strongly support Profound’s growth efforts.
“Aaron’s strengths and capabilities are well-known to me as we previously worked together at Novadaq,” Dr. Menawat added.
Most recently, Mr. Davidson was co-head and managing director of H.I.G. BioHealth Partners, where he focused on investment opportunities with emerging life sciences companies. Mr. Davidson continues to serve as venture partner at H.I.G. and on the boards of HyperBranch Medical Technology, Intact Vascular and On Target Laboratories.
