AI/ML Innovations (CSE: AIML; OTCQB: AIMLF; FWB: 42FB) has appointed Lynn Chapman, CPA, CA, as chief financial officer (CFO), effective October 1, 2026.
Mr. Chapman brings more than 15 years of financial and managerial experience to the role. Throughout his career, he has provided business management, accounting, financial reporting, and advisory services to publicly listed issuers on the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, and Canadian Securities Exchange, as well as to private companies across a range of industries and international jurisdictions.
