Virax Biolabs (NASDAQ: VRAX) has announced the signing of an exclusive commercial supply agreement with Fosun Diagnostics, a subsidiary of Fosun Pharma (600196.SS; 02196.HK), for its research-use-only ImmuneSelect immune profiling product line.
According to Virax, the agreement covers six Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Under the agreement, Virax will provide ImmuneSelect products, which include ELISpot assay plates used to measure cellular immune responses, to Fosun Diagnostics based on structured, volume-based pricing tiers.
In a statement, James Foster, chairman and CEO of Virax, commented, “This agreement represents a major step forward in the commercial rollout of our ImmuneSelect platform across Southeast Asia.
