Entera Bio (NASDAQ: ENTX) has reported preclinical data at ENDO 2026, the annual meeting of the Endocrine Society, for its pipeline programs—EB612 in hypoparathyroidism (HypoPT) and EB618 in obesity and metabolic disorders—being co-developed with OPKO Health (NASDAQ: OPK).
In a poster presentation, among other data Entera highlighted: EB612 produced robust bioavailability and sustained increases in calcium across three preclinical models; and EB618 showed dose-proportional pharmacokinetics and a robust effect on blood glucose in non-human primates.
