Closely held Baylis Medical Technologies announced the appointment of Laura Conquergood as chief executive officer (CEO). Kris Shah, formerly president and CEO, and Frank Baylis, formerly executive chairman, have both assumed new roles as co-executive chairmen of the company’s board of directors.
With more than 25 years of experience in the global medical device industry, and a proven track record of advancing innovation, scaling operations, and driving international growth, Ms. Conquergood’s deep industry knowledge and longstanding connection to Baylis uniquely positions her to lead the company into its next phase of growth.
