
Modivcare (NASDAQ:MODV) announced that it has appointed Daniel Silvers to its board of directors (BOD), and board members Craig Barbarosh, David Coulter, and Richard Kerley have resigned, effective April 24, 2025.
Mr. Silvers brings decades of experience in corporate finance, capital allocation, and public company governance to Modivcare’s board. He has held the role of the managing member of investment firm Matthews Lane Capital Partners, since 2015, and serves as executive chairman of Winventory.
“We welcome Mr. Silvers to the board and are confident that his extensive experience and proven track record of delivering strong operational and financial results will be a valuable asset to Modivcare,” said Leslie Norwalk, Modivcare’s chair of the board.
