Leading investment bank Piper Sandler has announced the appointment of John Kerins as a managing director on its healthcare investment banking team. In this role, he will serve pharma services clients from the firm’s New York office.
Before joining Piper Sandler, Mr. Kerins spent the past decade as a managing director on Cain Brothers & Company’s healthcare investment team, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Previously, he was an investment banker with Deloitte, providing M&A advisory services.
