Profound Medical (TSXV:PRN; OTCQX:PRFMF) has received final approval to list its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange, effective at the opening on July 13, 2018.
The stock will continue to trade under the symbol “PRN” on the TSX and concurrent with the uplisting, the shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
“Graduating to the TSX is a significant milestone for our Company,” Arun Menawat, CEO, said in a statement. “The TSX is Canada’s premier stock exchange and this should increase the visibility of Profound to a broader and more diverse range of institutional investors, both at home and abroad.”
