Tekmira Pharmaceuticals (TSX:TKM) has signed a four-year agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb (NYSE:BMY) to validate certain cellular targets using its stable nucleic acid-lipid particles (SNALP) technology in exchange for an upfront payment of $3 million (U.S.).
