Cowen & Co. upgraded Watson Pharmaceuticals (NYSE:WPI) to “outperform” from “neutral,” saying it has “significantly underappreciated its brand pipeline” and making an earlier reference to the potential of Stellar Pharmaceuticals’ (OTCBB: SLXCF) Uracyst drug for painful interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome.
