IntelGenx (TSX-V:IGX) and Cannasat Therapeutics (TSX-V:CTH) have entered into a letter of intent that would give IntelGenx a 50% ownership stake and an exclusive worldwide licence to develop and commercialize Cannasat’s Relivar drug candidate.
