Neil resigns as CFO of Intellipharmaceutics

Graham Neil has resigned as CFO of Intellipharmaceutics International (NASDAQ:IPCI; TSX:I), effective Nov. 26, to pursue other business opportunities. President and COO Dr. Amina Odidi has been named acting CFO, pending the appointment of a permanent replacement. She had previously served as CFO for several years until October, 2009.
